A little bit about Laura
I have taught fitness classes in York for over 25 years and for the last 10 I have taught Vinyasa Yoga and have loved every minute of it. In 2012 I discovered Ashtanga with Yoga master Brian Cooper and have loved the challenges that it has set me.
My body has never felt so open and stretched and my mind so clear. Yoga is now an intrinsic part of my life and with my help and guidance I would like to make it part of yours.
Through these breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation the body, mind and breath come in harmony with each other and that very moment yoga happens.
